Terms & Conditions

Please note of the followings:

Eat and Cook Restaurant offers only Chef curated lunch and dinner menu, there are no other menu available. As our menu features raw ingredients (eg all kinds of seafood), guests are unable to swap as the menu has been fixed. As such, other than Beef alternatives; any type of food allergies (eg: seafood, shellfish, lactose intolerance, pescatarian, vegan, vegetarian, any nuts, gluten-free, G6PD, etc) cannot be cater for.

Booking:

  • For a well-curated dining experience, kindly allow a least of 2.5hours for dinner.
  • Credit card details are required to confirm your reservation hence your reservation is not confirmed until the booking form is completed.
  • While we do our best to accommodate, seat allocation is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and our discretion.

 

The Stage

  • The Stage is limited and is based on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • We do accept one(1) guest to thirteen(13) guests.

The Private Lab

  • With a minimum number of guests from four(4) to eight(8) guests.
  • The Private Lab is limited and is based on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • A deposit is required of MYR1000 to secure The Private Lab.

    Cancellation/Changes of Reservation:

  • Cancellation fee per person of MYR 300 applies to each guest and is non-transferable. This includes no show and a sudden submission of positive COVID-19 test results.

  • Should you have changes of reservation, please be informed 3 days before the scheduled date, or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation & the deposit will be non-refundable.

     

    Lateness

  • ‘Late-Arrival Policy’ – Restaurant only hold your reservation for 15 minutes of the actual reservation time as this is to prevent an unpleasant dining experience and also to avoid interruption for the next sessions. As a result, guests will begin the same course as those guests who arrive on time.

     

    Decoration

  • Decoration of table setting or balloons are not permitted in the restaurant due to the limit of spaciousness. Also, it might interrupt other guests in the restaurant.

    Children

  • To maintain the privacy of other guests, we do not allow children aged below 12.

  • Children must be aged 12 and above with full vaccines to be allowed in the restaurant however we regret to inform you that we do not cater children’s menus. Children will dine from the regular menu at full price.

    Dress Code

  • Our dress code is smart casual. For gentlemen, please be reminded to be dressed in trousers and appropriate footwear. Kindly note that flip-flops and shorts are not allowed in the restaurant.

     

    Corkage Policy

  • ‘One-for-One Policy’ – Guests are entitled for our corkage waiver where every bottle of wine (750ml) purchased in the restaurant.

  • Please note that there are corkage charges as listed:

  • MYR 100 (Wine/ Sparkling Wine/ Sake bottle)

  • MYR 150 (Spirits/ Liqueur bottle)
